You are still a little too young to really get how exciting Christmas is but your presents were met with approval. Your big toys were a nerf gun (which mom does not approve of so don't go killing anyone) and a remote control train set. Both had you pretty transfixed for the day.
Everyone got up early as usual but we all hung out in bed for a while. I got up first to start breakfast because your nanny, Myra, was going to stop by. Eventually everyone got motivated and you started opening presents just as Myra arrived. You weren't too interested in opening all the presents. You just wanted to play with the ones you did open.
After that we relaxed on the couch and watched the movie Up while I got the dinner ready. Unfortunately Sophia started to get sick and had a terrible temperature of 104.4 degrees. I found her passed out on the couch and frothing at the mouth. I thin she may have had a seizure since she was so hot. Mommy took her to the hospital and they found she tested positive for strep throat. Eventually they made it back home and Sophia just passed out in bed and slept the whole night. This was good for you since you got to be an only kid for a day.
We then had Christmas dinner which you liked. You especially liked the homemade ketchup and french fries but were a little confused by the deep fried sage I snuck in there (see the video). We let you watch videos all day and eventually you got into bed very late. I think you had a good time.
