LA Getaway

This past weekend, Caden and I flew to LA for my work since it was the family picnic for the LA office. Luckily, Caden scored his own seat in business class so he lounged in luxury on the flight to LA.

As soon as we arrived at the picnic, Caden headed straight for the bouncy castle.

At first, he was a bit timid but after a few minutes, he was all over the place.

Break time for snowcones – yummy! Check out the tattoos on Caden too – one of the guys put a lion and a purple elephant on his arms. Notice that Mommy got a tattoo of a purple kitty cat too.

More bouncing – Caden got a workout bouncing around with the other little ones.

After a long day at the picnic, Caden crashed on the floor in the hotel. What a fun picnic.

On Saturday morning, we drove out to Ventura to visit my friends Lisa and Rob who recently bought a new beachhouse. It was overcast but that did not stop us from taking a walk on the beach.

Get this hat off of me!

Check out your wet outfit - we meant to just dip our toes but a wave came upon us unexpectedly. Luckily I swooped you up so you did not fall. What a brave little guy!

When we walked back to the beachhouse, you entertained us by climbing into their bookshelves. Silly Caden!
