BBQ at the Smiths

We went to see the Smith's today for a BBQ at their house. They moved from the city to the suburbs so they had lots of space. And a big recreation jungle gym. Here's Sophia sitting with Jeffrey on one of the many swings.

They had a 'rocking horse' inside but it was really a 'rocking Harley motorcycle'.

You tried out the swing too. You don't look too comfortable. You don't quite know how to use a swing yet.

Okay that's better.

Okay you guys are pretty good at this.

You stuck with the swings.

Sophia also climbed up a rope on the gym. She almost fell down here. She was pretty banged up at the end of the day. She got hit with a swing multiple times, fell off a swing, and tripped while running. She had scrapes all over her body.

You can see how big their back yard is. Lots of room to run around.

You played with their new son who is about the same age as you.

The dreaded kid table. Actually there was no adult table. Almost everyone had hot dogs including daddy.

Bubble makers!

You stayed back. You were very still hungry.

Sophia is getting better at making bubbles.

After falling off the swing I decided it might be better if I help out.

And finally we played a little soccer. You were tired on the way home. You took a nap in the car.
