Here are some things you are doing at month 6:
- Puking - You are still a very pukey baby. You've gotten a little better but you are always spitting up. Mainly on me.
- Drooling - Still also very drooly.
- Screaming - You are taken by fits of screaming now and again. Not screaming in agony or unhappy. Just screaming because you can.
- Sleeping through the night - I'm scared to write this in case we jinx it. We haven't had a full nights sleep since you were born. You are big because you eat all the time. That means at 1AM and 4AM. One night we just let you cry it out. I left the room first and went into Sophia's room. Then mommy went on the couch. About half an hour later you went back to sleep. After that you've been a lot better.
- Sitting up - You are a little wobbly but you can almost sit up on your own. You eventually fall down but you can stay up for a while.
- Grabbing things - You are still getting your focus and dexterity skill in working order. Given enough time though you can figure out how to grab a hold of something you are interested in.
- Rolling over - You can roll from your back to your front pretty well now. In fact you use this as a means for transport by rolling over and over until we wonder how you got across the room.
- Eating pureed food - We switched you over to food recently to make sure you were filled up with calories before bed. Right now you are still eating left overs from Thanksgiving and lots of pureed peas.
Oh and you are still big. You are one half of one year old today. You probably have around 160 more of those to go. Mommy took you into the doctor today to get a check up. You're still pretty much off the charts on height and weight.
