Your sister's favorite TV character right now is Homer from the Simpsons. Right now the first ever Simpsons movie is out and there is a promotional site that you can upload photos and it will turn you into a Simpson's character. It doesn't work terribly well as none of the photos really look like any of us. But it was cute all the same. You basically have no hair but there was no option for that.
